A concept website and booking system for a neighbourhood hair salon, designed to feel stylish and personal and to make booking take less than a minute.

When bookings arrive through phone calls and direct messages, it is easy to miss one or double-book a chair. Staff stop what they are doing to reply, and customers who get no answer may go elsewhere.
